2. doz BioNTech aşısı yaptıranlara hatırlatma dozunun yapılmasına bugünden itibaren başlanıyor.
TC Sağlık Bakanı Koca, 2. dozun dozun üzerinden 6 ay süre geçen riskli gruplara 3. doz BioNTech aşısının yapılacağını açıkladı. 60 yaş üzerindekiler ile 18-60 yaş arasında olup kronik hastalığı olanlar ve yüksek riskli mesleklerde çalışanlara 3. dozda öncelik tanınacak.
Sağlık Bakanı Fahrettin Koca, 2. doz mRNA aşısının üzerinden 6 ay kadar süre geçmiş sağlık çalışanları, 18-60 yaş arasındaki kronik hastalar ve 60 yaş üstü kişilerin bugünden itibaren hatırlatma dozu yaptırabileceğini bildirdi.
Koca, video konferans yöntemiyle düzenlenen Koronavirüs Bilim Kurulu Toplantısı’nın ardından yaptığı yazılı açıklamada, geçen günlerde sağlık çalışanlarını yakından ilgilendiren konularda bilgiler verdiğini hatırlattı.
Koca, en geniş anlamda sağlık çalışanlarının özlük haklarının iyileştirilmesine yönelik çalışmalarının devam ettiğini bildirerek, “Büyük emeklerle yetişen sağlık personelimizi hak ettiği ve elimizden gelenin en iyisiyle buluşturmak için düzenlemelerin tamamını yakından izliyor ve netice alacağımızı görüyorum” dedi.
“SADECE KPSS SONUCUNA GÖRE YERLEŞTİRME YAPACAĞIZ”
Uzmanlık asistanlarının çalışma koşulları ile ilgili başlattıkları çalışmanın yanında eğitimlerini de düzenleyen yeni ve geniş kapsamlı çalışmalar yaptıklarını kaydeden Koca, şöyle devam etti:
“Konuyu tüm yönleri ile ele alıyoruz. Tüm tarafların fikrine, tecrübesine ve görüşüne müracaat edeceğiz. Çoğulcu bir yaklaşımla ele alınacak her konuda ortak akla katkı sunacak her katkıyı son derece değerli görüyorum. Daha iyi eğitim alan ve daha iyi koşullarda çalışan uzmanlık öğrencilerinin, gelişmişlik seviyemizin önemli ölçülerinden biri olacağını düşünüyorum.
Sağlık çalışanlarından oluşan bu büyük aileye yeni üyelerin katılacağı müjdesini daha önce vermiştim. Bu konuda da çok yakında güzel haberleri öğrenmiş olacaksınız. Heyecanla aramıza katılmayı bekleyen genç kardeşlerim, beklediğiniz günün yaklaştığını ifade etmek isterim. Mülakat yapmadan sadece KPSS sınavı sonuçlarına göre yerleştirme yapacağız.”

Bakan Koca, yerli Covid-19 aşısı Turkovac’ın seri üretimine geçilmesi için halen gönüllülere ihtiyaç olduğunu belirterek, “Kendi aşımız kendi gücümüzdür. Bu gücü hayata geçirmek için 18-59 yaş arası iki doz aşı olmuş sağlıklı vatandaşlarımız hatırlatma dozu için gönüllü olmak üzere en yakın şehir hastanemize müracaat edebilir, ‘enabiz.saglik.gov.tr’ adresinden ya da e-Nabız mobil uygulamasından gönüllü olabilirler. Gönüllü olun, kendi aşımızın sahibi olalım” çağrısında bulundu.
MRNA AŞISI OLANLARA HATIRLATMA DOZU
Toplantıda bazı önemli kararların alındığını bildiren Koca, 4 Kasım’dan itibaren mRNA aşısı olanlara risk gruplarına göre hatırlatma dozu uygulanacağını açıkladı. Bakan Koca, şu ifadeleri kullandı:
“mRNA aşısı olup 2. dozdan itibaren 6 aya kadar süre geçmiş kişilere risk grupları önceliklendirilerek hatırlatma dozu yapılmasının uygun olacağına karar verildi. Bu gruplar, 60 yaş üzerindeki vatandaşlar, 18-60 yaş arasında olup kronik hastalıkları olanlar, başta sağlık çalışanları olmak üzere yüksek riskli mesleklerde çalışanlar.”
“2 DOZ AŞILI OLANLARIN TÜM NÜFUSA ORANI YÜZDE 59”
Koca, toplantıda 60 yaş üzerindekiler ile gebelerin tam aşılı olmalarının öneminin bir kez daha vurgulandığını aktararak, “İleri yaştaki vatandaşlarımız ve anne adaylarımızın aşıları eksik kalmamalı” uyarısında bulundu.
Okullarda salgına yönelik rastgele taramaların durumunun da değerlendirildiğini belirten Koca, şunları kaydetti:
“Milli Eğitim Bakanlığımızla iş birliği içinde taramaların devam ettirilmesi salgının seyri açısından önemli bir gösterge olarak görülmüştür. Mevcut aşılama durumu da değerlendirilmiştir. 1 doz aşılı olanların tüm nüfusa oranı yüzde 67, 2 doz aşılı olanların oranı ise yüzde 59’dur. Toplumsal bağışıklığı sağlayabilmek için bu oranın yüzde 70’in üzerine çıkarılması gerekmektedir. Salgın sona ermeden ve toplumsal bağışıklık elde edilmeden tedbirlerden vazgeçilmemeli.”
