Manisa, Uşak ve İzmir’de 45 bin 564 hektar arazinin toplulaştırılması için başlatılan çalışmalar devam ediyor.
Devlet Su İşleri Genel Müdürlüğünden (DSİ) yapılan açıklamaya göre, çeşitli nedenlerle tarımsal faaliyetleri yapmaya imkan vermeyecek şekilde parçalanmış araziler üzerinde toplulaştırma işlemi yapılıyor.
DSİ Genel Müdürü Mevlüt Aydın, geçen yıl yapılan yasal düzenlemenin ardından arazi toplulaştırma yetkisinin kendi kurumlarına verildiğini belirtti.
Bu konuda Türkiye’nin birçok şehrinde faaliyet yürüttüklerini vurgulayan Aydın, İzmir, Manisa ve Uşak’ın da bu kentlerden olduğunu aktardı.
Bu 3 kentte 45 bin 564 hektar alanı toplulaştırmayı hedeflediklerini söyleyen Aydın, “İzmir’deki 16 bin 994 hektar arazinin 10 bin 700 hektarlık kısmındaki çalışmalar tamamlandı. 24 mahallede de tapu tescilleri bitirildi. Manisa’da ise eş zamanlı 2 farklı bölgede devam eden çalışmalar toplam 18 bin 434 hektarlık alanda yürütülüyor. Uşak’ta ise 10 bin 136 hektarlık araziyi kapsayan çalışmalar sürüyor ve 10 köyün 5’inde tapu tescilleri tamamlandı” ifadelerini kullandı.
Aydın, arazi toplulaştırması ile parsellerin büyüdüğünü, tarım teknikleri ve sulama metotlarının uygulanmasının kolaylaştığını dile getirdi.
