Bakanlar Kurulu, kamuda idari izinlerin 10 Nisan’a kadar uzatılması kararı aldı. Bakanlar Kurulu, Corona Virüsü (COVID-19) ile ilgili tedbir amaçlı aldığı 12, 13 ve 14 Mart tarihli kararlardaki sürelerin nihayetlenmesi neticesinde yeni kararlar üretti.
Kararlar şöyle:
“1- Tüm okulların, kreşlerin, dershane ve etüt merkezleri dahil 10 Nisan 2020 tarihine kadar eğitime ara vermesi,
2- Okullardaki tüm, sportif, sosyal ve kültürel aktivitelerin 10 Nisan 2020 tarihine kadar askıya alınması,
3- Tüm sinema, tiyatro, konser, festival ve miting gibi diğer kitle toplantılarının 10 Nisan 2020 tarihine kadar iptal edilmesi,
4- Tüm spor müsabakalarının 10 Nisan 2020 tarihine kadar ertelenmesi, bu tarih ertesinde devam edecek şekilde takvimlenmesi
, 5- Tüm yabancıların yeni çalışma ön izini alma işlemlerinin 30 Nisan 2020 tarihine kadar durdurulması,
6- Kamuda görevli polis, itfaiye, sağlık, sivil havacılık maliye ve benzeri hizmetler haricinde görev yapan kamu görevlilerinin 10 Nisan 2020 tarihine kadar idari izinli sayılması,
7- Özel sektörde, eczane, benzin istasyonu, fırın ve market gibi temel ihtiyaçların karşılanması çerçevesinde hizmet üreten işletmeler haricinde tüm dükkan, işletme, casino, gece kulübü, bet ofisi, eğlence merkezi vb. yerlerin 10 Nisan 2020 tarihine kadar kapalı olması
8- Eczanelerin çalışma saatlerinin 10 Nisan 2020 tarihine kadar sabah 08:00 – öğlen 13:30 olması, Nöbetçi Eczanelerin gece yarısından sonra 01:30’a kadar açık olması ve her ilçede, ilave bir nöbetçi eczane olması ile hastaların eczane içerisinde kalabalık bir ortam oluşturulmalarını önlemek için eczane içerisine müşterilerin 3’er 3’er veya sınırlı sayıda alınması,
9- Tüm kara, deniz ve hava giriş kapılarının KKTC vatandaşları ve KKTC vatandaşlarının vatandaş olmasa da eş ve çocukları hariç tüm diğer ülke vatandaşlarının girişine 1 Nisan 2020 tarihine kadar kapatılmasına ilişkin Bakanlar Kurulu’nun almış olduğu E.T(K-I)453-2020 sayı ve 19.3.2020 tarihli kararın tadil edilerek belirtilen sürenin 11 Nisan 2020 tarihine kadar uzatılması.”
